I've followed all that was mentioned to install this, and yet I can't rotate the characters feet as rotation is locked. . Crucial disappoint on what is otherwise an unbelievably brilliant rig.
Just key the control then undo it, or key all the controls. It seems to be a 2009 bug where some attributes appear locked. Manipulating the attributes, by keying or locking/unlocking, should fix it. Hope that helps.
