I agree with Mira. That is a major issue. Also, why is this rig so tiny [in Maya units] and has no scale control? Also.. lots of odd decisions made on this rig. Like half the geometry has flipped normals. Why this obsession with extreme clarity of left right? Why isn't it enough to have different controller colors, why also the geo? And especially, why do that by flipping normals? It only leads to rendering issues, and then forcing the animator to understand normals, to fix them, and therefore to have to mess with geo history on those objects. And why would a rig file have Viewport Framing? And mental ray nodes? And a bunch of texture nodes that are not used? It's a bit worrying to work on a file that wasn't properly, carefully cleaned before posting it here. Anyway, to me, the biggest problem is the lack of overall scale control. Can't be used with other props or rigs unless you decide it's OK to scale everything Else to an oddly microscopic scale. -

Great simple rig. But when a cat walks, the front "arm's" "wrists" flick down and it really shows how the cat pushed down on the ground and adds to a walk. I wish this rig had a controller that could bend the "wrist."
