Render in Mental Ray for best results. (Subdivions and MR shaders)
You will find IK and FK controls under the all_ctrl node.
Theres 2 important nodes under the All_ctrl that has some settings. FkIkVisibility: lets you show either IK or FK ctrls for arms/legs even if youre not in that mode. Smooth_ctrl: lets you smooth some parts that couldnt be subdivided by MR (If you know whats wrong please send a mail so I can fix it. firstname.lastname@example.org).
