Basically this allows you to animate any attribute using sound.
This node will allows you to extract the volume (or amplitude) data from an uncompressed wave file and use it to power a Maya attribute or bake the data to a key. Future versions will support frequency analysis so low, medium and high frequencies can power attributes individually.
Note: this does not work for any 64bit version of maya due to a required python module not being included, if you really need to use this plug-in on a 64bit machine just install a 32bit version of maya as I believe various versions of maya can run co-currently.
