Allows the user to position a locator or other object in 3D space on a vector which lies on a plane as defined by three points.
This script is useful for placing control objects that will be used as pole vector controls for IK handles. By selecting the IK chain's start joint and end joint as the plane points and the knee/elbow/flex joint as the vector point, the control object or locator will be placed precisely on the rotation plane on a vector that passes through point 3 (the vector point) and is perpendicular to the line that runs through point 1 and point 2 (the plane points). When the IK handle is then constrained to the object, it will not "pop" to a new position.
This is the primary function for which the script is designed, but it is not limited to this. This script can be used to place any object along a vector that exists on a plane as defined by three points.
