Could you plz add IK/FK Switch with Auto Snap, by which one can get the same position of arm and leg as it was in ik mode while switching it in fk mode and vise-verse.

Thank you for your prompt response. Yes it does exists. But doesn't maintains the proportion while the scale is above 1 in any particular (i.e. ik or fk) mode. Would you please look upon it for the same.
