Description : can be used to copy skinCluster from one object to many objects at once
even if the target objects doesn't have any skincluster assign to it, it will automatically bind to the joint that uses by the source mesh
How To use : just Run This entire script on Maya python tab select the source object that have skincluster and then shift select the target meshes and push the button
