Maya comes with this nice feature to add crease on poly, but no way to remove it. I wrote this script to be able to delete all creases on an (or several) object(s).
Usage: Install MDL_removeCrease.mel in your script directory. Select the obects you want to delete the crease on, then run the script MDL_removeCrease; Be aware that this script deletes the history on selected objects and that you need unique name in order to work correctly (use Tiny Tools).
Notes: This script was written for Maya 2008 Ext. 2 on Win Xp. While it should work, please be advised that I have not tested
it on any other platform. As always, use at your own risk.
