I have done it for you:
To install you need to copy the entire HZrig_controller script folder
to your maya version scripts directory:
"\Users\_your user name_\Documents\maya\2015-x64\scripts\"
and use this MEL command to run it:
eval("source \""+`internalVar -usd`+"HZrig_controller/HZrig_controllers_UI.mel\"");
And thanks for the script. It is working for Maya 2015-x64 version too!
