jointOrient allows the user to re-orientate joints. The script works on any number of selected joints or on the entire hierarchy. If jointOrient comes to a split in the joint chain or to the end of a joint chain, it zeros out the rotation orients for those joints. This script is based on a DVD tutorial by Jason Schleifer that came with Maya 6.
v.1.5-Cross platform compatible.
v.2.0-Fixed bug that caused an error due to hierarchy naming conventions. Joints that split into multiple chains and joints that are at the end of a chain have their rotation orients set to zero.
