I've been trying to install this editor for quite some time now. Whenever I type in "import NSUV" into the command line for Python, I get an error saying "no module named NSUV".  I have redownloaded the file, and placed it in the following directory on my mac: /Users/S1LB0T/Library/Preferences/Autodesk/maya/2016
It never works. I've even tried placing it within the scripts folder of my Maya version, but that never works either. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong - I have several other scripts that I use occassionaly and I never have any issues getting them started up. But the Nightshade editor just won't start up regardless of what I try. Any ideas?

Solution Edit: the installation isntructions are a bit oversimplified. You can't just copy the "scripts" and "prefs" folders from the Nightshade folder and place them into the Maya Version folder. What I needed to do was the following:

    1. From the Nightshade folder, copy the contents of the "prefs>icons folder" into the "maya_version>prefs>icons" folder.

    2. From the Nightshade folder, copy the "NSUV" folder from the scripts folder into the maya_version>scripts folder.

Great tool so far, but the instructions need a little more clarity.
