After Restarting interactive topo, interactive function doesn't work well

I stopped interactive topo and restarted it, and the interactive function doesn't work well

It does work with Middle Mouse button
(In tutorial video, you also just used MMB after restarting interactive topo)

However when I try to move edges or vertexs with arrow button, the low poly mesh is no longer interactive with main mesh.

I love your Tools.
Purchased Ninja-uv.

and I have been looking for RETOPO plug-in like this for a long time.
