forearm autovolume

Hi Dustin,

 when you turn off autoVolume custom attribute on "*_lArmSwitchC" the foreamr joint is still keeping volume on so the scale is not keepeing 1.0 values on Y and Z axes. Is it possible to repair that?
 What I did to make it work well is just connected the elbow scale attribute to foreArm scale attribute.

    This has been implemented in 2.2.6, I connected the same nodes that were going into the elbow, this way it was fewer nodes that values are traversing to get to the forearm. -Dustin
