Foot Roll

Hello! A foot roll attribute added to the IK feet controls would be amaze-a-zing. I've been manually adding it until I found someone made a script to add it. A foot roll is a must for any character with legs :) This guy Christopher Lewis has a python script for your old version of Rapid Rig, check it out: Thank you!

    I decided to have a heel/ball attribute and then a separate control for the toe to give the most amount of control for the animator. One problem with the foot roll as one attribute is having control at which point the heel stops lifting, and the toe kicks in. And should there be some overlap. This might differ from character to character. Also, having the toe control allows the animator to animate the toe in more than one axis which I think is incredibly useful. I do not want to limit the functionality of the rig. I feel more control is better even if it means a bit more work. If I add the foot roll, this adds an extra attribute that would be additive to the effects of the heel/ball and the toe control. This is something I can look into in greater detail. If you have a file that you have setup where you feel a foot roll is really solid, please send it my way. It will help me make a plan of attack for such a feature. dustin(at)rapidrig(dot)com Dustin
