I started with the basic biped and created a mirrored pair of FK chains with one joint per chain. At this point things seem ok:

The problems is, if you then create a new single chain on top of the previous they are flipped. Not sure if it’s something to do with local vs global space at creation time (and whether that could be a choice for the user) or whether it’s just a bug… or if I’m just misunderstanding something :0)

I created the next chain in X Outward, Y and finally Z with mirror module setting applied and this is what I got, respectively:

 

I’m was expecting the mirrored pair of joints to be pointing in the same orientation.
