Neuron Mocap data hookup

Hi! I'm using some motion capture data from the Neuron Mocap system and I'm trying to apply it to a basic biped Rapid Rig.  I've used the Human IK system in maya to retarget the data but I'm seeing some weird flipping on the elbow control.  I did have to unlock all the transformation attributes on all the Rapid Rig controls in order to assign the mocap data, so I imagine that the flipping Im seeing is due to the rig being handled in a way by the mocap data that was not intended in the rig.  The system seems to be using data from a forearm sensor to determine the orientation of the elbow.  I am assuming that the flipping is an issue with the mocap data or maybe with how I'm assigning things in the Human IK system.  I just wanted to reach out to see if you had any insights.
