I'm very happy that the tool is actually working in production for some of you. As I mentioned before in my website it was intended to learn UI and also contribute to the community since I've been always helped by many free tools out there also. Sorry for the poor tutorials but I just want to let informed that soon I will be releasing a revised version with lots of bug fixes and also some tutorials with audio. -

This is an incredible tool! By far the best PSD solution I've seen so far. It goes well beyond sculpting a single PSD per blend shape. Using a single corrective shape, I was able to chain multiple PSDs (in-betweens) that gave me some very natural looking results in a matter of minutes -- different muscles popping in and out on my character's arm as the arm moves. Something like this should come default with Maya. Note that Blend Shapes are broken in Maya 2014 Extension -- they don't update when they should, hence any tool that relies on blend shapes are also adversely affected (e.g. the value sliders of this tool don't update properly using Maya 2014 Extension, which initially made me think the tool wasn't working). Either use Maya 2014 SP2, or wait for the next update from Autodesk. Many people have already reported the blend shapes bug to them, so they should be fixing it soon. -

I just tried this tool, and it is really awesome. I am a rigger and tool writter myself, but I'm more into cartoon stuff. I recently needed to do some corrective shapes for a quite fat character, and even though I love challenges, I must admit that this one has been given me a terrible headach. I used the B-Ling script but it's old and I had some troubles with it (conflicts with existing blendshp nodes). This one seems to work perfectly and the interface is very userfriendly.
