First of all, this script is amazing and it does what it is supposed to do. I recently used this script for an actual project, and it worked, but a problem occured when I have to change the base mesh. I can make another blendshape node on top of Flex node, or I can use tweak node as a simple heck. However, I had to export the animation in FBX format, and stacked-up blendshape node or using tweak node cause problem in FBX output. I wish you can add a functionality that take the change(s) of the base mesh and propagate the this change to all the pre-existing Flex blend shape targets. Thanks!!

    Hi. If I understand you correctly, you need to change base mesh and have only one blendshape node. But it can be done by add you target to existed flex blendshape. Am I wrong? Or, another method, it can be done by connect outMesh of your new target mesh to inputMesh of intermediate shape animated geometry and disconnect after this. Try it.
