Arm scale by moving?

Hi guys, 
first of all thanks for the programm, it works great (most of the time)

now the problem:
might be some ik/fk problem, but by moving the hand gimbal the arm strechtes. I want just move her arm aumaticly by moving her hand into a particular position, without affecting scaling.

    I believe this can be changed by switching "Stretchy IK" from "1" to "0" This can be found in the shoulder control. :) It's a feature, not a bug. :)
